Filmmaker Kimi Takesue will work on her feature-length documentary project Tour Guide, which explores the legacy of the Cambodian genocide through the eyes of local tour guides as they lead foreigners to the “Killing Fields” and other “dark tourism” sites. The film observes young guides who straddle the past and present as they recount and perform the narrative of the Cambodian genocide.

La cineasta Kimi Takesue lavorerà al suo documentario Tour Guide, che esplora l'eredità del genocidio cambogiano attraverso gli occhi delle guide locali, accompagnando gli stranieri verso i "Campi di sterminio" e altri siti del cosiddetto "turismo macabro". Nel film le giovani guide rimangono in bilico tra passato e presente mentre narrano e interpretano il racconto del genocidio cambogiano.
