Abigail Levine

Abigail Levine will begin assembling the materials of Redactions, a multi-disciplinary work that takes the form of a book, an exhibition, and a staged performance. Redactions is an accumulation of stories told both in words and body that begins from a fanciful notion—what if we could ask an abstract form: what exactly are you saying? The work will premier at The Chocolate Factory Theater in 2021.

Abigail Levine comincerà ad assemblare il materiale per la realizzazione del suo progetto multi-disciplinare Redactions, che prenderà la forma di un libro, di una mostra e di una performance. Redactions consiste in una serie di storie raccontate con parole e gesti che scaturiscono da una idea fantasiosa – che cosa accadrebbe se io potessi chiedere a una forma astratta: che cosa vuoi dire esattamente? La prima è prevista per il 2021 alla Chocolate Factory.
